Ingredients: 3 Squid Tubes 50g grated cheese 80-100g Prawn meat 1 tomato chopped (seeds removed) 2 Chopped Spring Onion (Green onion) 1/2 onion diced 1 egg 1/2 tsp Coriander Ground 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp Cumin 20gm butter (melted) Oil (any) S+P to season 3/4 cup bread crumbs Chicken stock and cooking wine mix to 1/2c Instructions in video.
